Vq timming marks?
So I've set the timming marks correct by what it says on the service Manuel but when I have the primary chain on and all the marks lined up I try to turn the motor by hand und it binds up?
Any help or advice on resetting the timming for the 3 chains I could use some help I just scared to try and start the car if I can't turn it over by hand ??

If you had everything aligned, sprockets to correct color marks on chain and crank mark to correct color chain also doing it all on tdc compression stroke on cyl#1 and you are in neutral then it should be able to turn by hand.

Assuming you mind 'bind up' as a piston hitting a valve than it means you are not aligned properly which means your timing is off. If it was me, I'd stop and take the timing components off and completely restart.
During my headgasket work I made my own timing marks and reinstalled per my own marks. Obviously this doesnt help you now but for future use.

may sound stupid but make sure you have the right gear on the right camshaft. if you have the right gears lined up right on the little dowel pins, the 2 marks on the chain lined up with the 2 marks on the gear and the 1 mark on the other side, on both banks, and on the main chain the 3 marks lines up right when tensioned you should have no problem rotating. if you do and everything else is perfect it may not be the valves contacting you might wanna make sure nothing else is going wrong

Thanks a lot for the help I was able to get the timming marks correct and I got it aligned and running again. It sucks because the car for the last two weeks ran great after I installed the metal head gaskets. But on my way back from Austin (I live in Houston) I noticed the chain had a slight tap that was constant and went with rpm so I'm guessing the tensioner is sticking or bad dirty oil passage. The sad part was I was on my way home from school and it finally shut off as I came to a stop and it just turns over now I'm thinking it jumped teeth
Cranks but no start..
I'll pull it back apart this weekend and check what failed on me.. I had it running nice for about 2 weeks or so the noise started a few days ago..

It ran great for a few weeks then my timming chain started to make noise.. I pulled the case off today and the primary tensioner failed and lost slack
