Default Cam gears

Anyone know if I can use stock cam gears on a stage 3 setup

Stage 3 means nothing. You need to list your build and what you're trying to accomplish.

There are no cam gears on the VQ motor only cam sprockets & timing chain.
With the exception of high end race motor VQ's where the VTC sprocket is replaced by an adjustable sprocket, in 99.9% of all other modded motors the stock system is retained.

Yeah so I'm saying the stock ones won't work cause the motor is built for 750-800hp twin turbo right?
