nice to see haltech released a fix for their generic output for v1.10
Don't get too excited, I just tested it today and it doesn't work. My generic output is still grounded all the time. AND...my CAN VSS no longer works in 1.10. So it's back to 1.06 for me, and still no generic output.
Hal, do you know if this ECU will transmit CELs and fuel level seamlessly to a Haltech Racepak Dash through the CAN network without any additional wiring?

That is weird - the generic output has always worked fine for me, confirmed to work in 1.10 also (there have been interim firmware releases though to fix the MAF issue). CAN VSS also has worked fine - could be that your particular model/year has different CAN packet IDs missed going from v1.06 to v1.10 - might want to let Hal know.
I don't see anything in the map about it, nor in the setup. It must be really generic system or something. I dont think any of the obd2 system is user editable.
You can uncheck some of the factory inputs, like the narrowbands, maf, psp, ac pres, idk if by doing that itll make it not throw codes for those not hooked up or not.
I don't see anything about downstream o2's, so for those codes id guess itll show not ready???

How do you have the output wired? Maybe you can PM me so we don't get too far off topic. My wheel speed channels definitely don't work with either version of firmware 1.10. In fact the only firmware they actually work with is a version of 1.06 (can't remember which one off the top of my head) that Hal sent me personally.

PM sent. Forgot to mention in that, the latched relay disables the boost solenoid, so boost gets cut if the relay triggers.
HAL, With the standalone will all the 350z/G35 DTC's be reported on as per oem. Looking at this link http://files.haltech.com/downloads/p...C_Codes%20.pdf there seems to be a bunch missing. This would be useful from a troubleshooting aspect
