Default Dynosty: Haltech 350Z Pro Plug-In - OEM ECU Replacement

Dynosty and Haltech are proud to announce the new 350Z/G35 Pro Plugin, a complete OEM ECU replacement! This new standalone ecu completely replaces the stock ecu, uses factory sensors, and performs the factory functions including: Drive By Wire allowing the idle, rev limiter and other throttle-related functions to be tuned. OEM Fan Control, allowing low and high speed fan settings. Fuel Pump Control, prime settings for primary pump and staging for additional pumps. AC control. Stock Gauges and Lights, including Tachometer and CEL with advanced CEL diagnostic signaling or use as shift light or knock light.

Other new features include:
E85 Flex Fuel Support, done right! Run anywhere between gasoline and E85 and Haltech adjusts fuel, ignition and boost appropriately on the fly! Advanced fuel composition tables allow full control of fuel/ignition/boost at each composition level - this is not just a sliding scale style correction.
Antilag Launch Control and Rally - build boost at the line and specify what the allowable acceleration rate is after launching.
4 Additional Inputs and 4 Additional Outputs onboard, with room for more via CAN expansion.

You can see a full list of details and specifications on our blog at
http://www.dynosty.com/2012/01/new-h...u-replacement/

^Shown with black mounting bracket (included) installed on OEM ECU hanger.

6speed Manual Transmission Only. 350Z HR and 370Z ECU coming soon (eta in next 12 months)

The original haltech disables the NATS so i would assume this does as well.

dang it, just when i thought i was done.....now i want this. Here is my flex fuel upgrade i wanted.

It says it supports flex fuel sensor input so does that mean we have to buy the GM 400$ flex fuel sensor or does the haltech come with one?

Great news Hal. However does this mean the old unit will no longer be produced?

Currently driving home from Lexington just dropped my car off w/ Dustin. She won 2nd in Nissan Tuner class at the show. Pretty happy overall.

Let's bling up the engine bay. Need E85 and all my stuff installed.

Wait..what? You mean it is not looking for the chip in the key if I have a haltech?

If this box can dynamically control ignition at idle and maintain a solid idle then it is pure win at that price point. I would love to make the jump to full standalone but at some point I must cut my losses. Going from a utec/hks evc6/innovate wb to a aio haltech setup was a good step but I dont want to do it again. both install and $$$.

I am sure they will sell a rebranded GM sensor.

Does it fully support OBD2? id think it HAS to? what is editable?

Is the current unit going out of production?

Is the unit capable of outputting RPM , not over CAN but a signal wire strait to gauge cluster?

Crap. Thats scary as hell! HMM

People could use the haltech to steal cars.

Will the new ones have the same pin outs for Widebands, external map, and aux outputs?

In all likelihood Haltech will introduce their own sensor but prolly wont be available immediately.... So until then the $400 GM is the only choice... Still worth getting....

New HR/370 ECU will have the newer style connector on the ecu.

The current Pro "Harness" system will be discontinued.

E85 sensors should be available when the ECU comes to market, and will not be compatible with the older Harness system.

Surratt, yes it natively has CAN tacho output for stock gauge cluster, but you can enable tacho output over wire for use in swapped vehicles or anything needing a tacho signal.

Other output options include:
Air Temp Switches
Alternator Control
Active Center Dif
Alternator Control
Aux Cam Control
Aux Fuel Pump
Battery Light
Boost Control
CEL
Coolant Temp Switches
Dual Intake Runner
Engine Control Relay
Generic Duty 1,2
Generic Switch
Generic Frequency
Idle Control
Intercooler Spray
Intercooler Spray Indicator
CEL and Knock Light
Knock Light
Map Sensor Switch 1,2
NOS Activation
O2 Heater
RPM Switch 1,2
Tacho
Test
Thermofan PWM
Thermofan Switch 1,2
TQ Reduction
TPS Switch 1,2
Vehicle Speed
Vehicle Speed Switch 1,2
Wastegate Control Main/Slave
