Can you Post up your Boost Log of the same Dyno?

I bet you have Belt slip.
Thats what i was thinking, centrifugal blowers are supposed to be very flat not a very sharp decline at the top end.

You're prolly maxing out blower. Calculate the spin on impeller. My si would do the same thing. Even my ti would drop off hard up top even with more boost. Check boost log or do a pull and see if boost keeps climbing.

Can you clarify what you mean when you say maxing out blower? If your referring to over-spinning it, that's done all the time to increase boost. I know just like anything, when you overrun something, reliability will be on a decline. I'm just trying to see how overrunning a blower relates to a sudden drop off.

Don't know why people say "Over Spinning", but It means spinning the blower fast than the Vortech Rating. I spin my V2 Blower about 63,000. A V7 YSi Trim is Rated at 65,000rpm Max, Yet I know many DragRacers that spin them to 75,000-80,000rpm...

At some point the Blower will no longer climb in boost, that would be maxing out the Blower. IMO, I would not spin a V2 or V3 non-HD Blower over 65,000 rpm.

FIRST you need to Verify that you have No Belt Slip, From a "BOOST LOG" As I already told you. Otherwise you are just playing guessing games.

I doubt you have maxed out the Blower.....

ALSO POST UP A PICTURE OF YOUR AIR FILTER

This is what you need to see in your Boost Log.

The Boost needs to continuously climbs to RedLine, if not, you have Belt Slip.

No I mean pushing it passed it's efficiency. Check my build thread on here. I over spin the **** out of my blowers. All 4 of them. If your out of its efficiency range your just gonna be pushing hot air and not making any more power.

My AITs get high as **** with my eBay Intercooler anyway even at under 14psi. Lol, Ive Just run water meth to combat that hot air and it works fine for me, but in the long run a more efficient blower is a way to help reduce the inefficiency, as well as a better cooling intercooler.
