Turns Over. Doesn't Turn Over.
I've had an intermittent problem over the last couple months. At times, after driving around for awhile (from 15 minutes to an hour), my 2003 350Z will crank, but won't turn over. I let it sit for about 15 minutes and it turns right over. Over the last week or so, the time I have to sit before it turns over has increased. Only once has it not turned over after sitting overnight. Then it took 5 minutes of sitting before it would go. Fuel filter??? I just don't know. Thanks in advance.

Solution In Hand
To whomever read my original missive and has experienced the same thing: I took my auto to a repair shop and of course we couldn't replicate my symptoms. So I drove around for awhile, and they let it sit for about an hour. Lo and behold the problem cropped up. They discovered that it was a problem with the theft deterrent system. Somehow the car had determined that I was trying to steal it, and it wouldn't get going. I have to go to the dealer and have them reset the computer. So now I have a fix and a workaround. Workaround: free. Fix: who knows. BTW, this shop did not charge me a dime for their time. They will be getting all the dimes I dole out for repairs from now on.
