Need help locating a thread I saw about upgrading as things needed replacing...

Hi, I was looking for a thread I saw a while back about upgrading the car gradually as things were needing to be replaced. Does anyone know where i could find it?

I remember that one, can't say the name.Do this-
Hit the search button above, and click "advanced search" then
put a word or two in, and clic "search by title only"
