Admission is free and we ask that only modified cars park on the dealership property (space is limited).
There is plenty of parking at the surrounding businesses and we recommend showing up really early in order to get a good parking spot. Make sure you mark this on your calendar and don't forget the Mid Atlantic MEGA MEET slogan:

Well, I can definitely say I won't be making the nearly 2-hour drive for this one anymore. :\
Guess my expectations were higher with the name "MEGA MEET". Not bad for what it was, but yeah. Think I'll stick to the College Park thing next year.
And all my best to LJMTX who's home with a tummy virus and couldn't come DJ.

I can't thank everyone enough for coming out and showing your support for what we do. The weather was perfect and hope everyone had a blast. I was extremely pleased with the attendance and look forward to continuing it next season starting in the April/May timeframe. I will be posting links to pictures/videos as I come across them from the different websites that I advertise on.

If you don't mind, please take a moment to visit our website www.megameet.org and read our info page which should give you a better understanding of the Mid Atlantic MEGA MEET organization. Thanks.

And frankly, sir, it's about 10 times the size of the meet I just attended by the same name.

"The Mid Atlantic MEGA MEET (MAMM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the safe and fun shared experience and enjoyment of all auto enthusiasts. Since March of 2005, the MAMM management had organized a car meet with the permission of VDOT where auto enthusiasts could meet the first Saturday of every month just off I-95 at exit 161 in Woodbridge, VA. It was a group of groups, and everyone was welcome to attend this event that grew leaps and bounds each month. However, due to it's extreme popularity the meet had to be cancelled right after the 2006 season opener in April because the parking lot was just not large enough. Our passion for this type of event never left our hearts and we continued to hold charity car shows and seasonal meets with different organizations throughout the Mid Atlantic Region. In 2010, the MAMM officially teamed up with the creators of the Mischief DVD movie series and the owners of Dash Motors & Performance in order to help bring back “The Extreme Automotive Lifestyle” to the area. The events include live DJ performances, worthwhile giveaways, food and drink, and a chance to check out some of the hottest rides in the Mid Atlantic region."
In summary, the meet grew too large for the lot that we had permits to use and the decision was made by VDOT to close it down. We have not been able to find a lot that both Prince William County Police and VDOT have agreed on together for us to use. So in the mean time, we have been holding smaller events/charity shows at different private locations to help keep the scene alive. In regards to the picture that you posted above, this statement is right above it....

again, i did indeed read it.
i was voicing my opinion (i can copy and paste the definition of the word if you're unfamiliar with what it means) that having maybe 40 cars showing (3 or 4 of which could qualify for the title "hottest rides in the Mid Atlantic region"*) hardly constitutes the term "mega", regardless of a meet that used to happen somewhere else.
obviously this has caused you to become quite sensitive around your anus, so I'll refrain from posting any more thoughts that might hurt your precious feelers. and don't worry, you won't have to stress my arrival at any other "meet" you organize.
*a single ferrari 360 belonging to a very obviously materialistic trophy wife, a few stock GTO's, a Viper with obvious front-end damage that was poorly fixed, and a Lamborghini LM002 from over 20 years ago hardly count as "the hottest rides" in the region--not to mention the automatic supra (sure it's probably really fast, but an auto? eww). the flat black lotus and the aston were nice, that much i will certainly concede. but i'm sorry, those were the only two there i didn't laugh about.
