North Easts Spirited Driving Roads

North Easts Spirited Driving Roads
I was driving through upstate NY and felt we should have a thread pertaining to some great roads we have in the north east part of the country. Tordis will sticky this I believe.
Here are the rules:
1. Location and how to get there (gps location if possible)
2. What kind of road (sweeping turns, straights, hairpins etc)
3. Aggressiveness of the road (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
4. Condition (smooth, rippled, pot holes, sand)
I'll start. Chittenango to cazenovia NY. Search your GPS for the Chittenango waterfalls park and you'll find multiple backroads. Most of these roads are sweeping turns with some hairpins and 180 degree turns. Roads are for intermediate drivers with some skill going sideways due to sand in some spots. The roads could use a little repair but for the most part smooth and very enjoyable.
Post up folks! This could be a great thread with lots of additions to help everyone find good roads in their area. Enjoy.

Clinton RD in west milford nj. its a 10 mile rd through the woods with a lot of sharp turns. its a bit dangerous and shouldnt be traveled fast by inexperienced drivers. there is one turn specifically that is dubbed dead mans curve, because many people have wrecked.
here is some info on it.

i often take the trip out there wen i feel like driving aggressive with little worries of injuring anyone else. like i said, this road isnt for a novice driver unless u take it easy. there are no turns off the road, and there is no cell phone reception on parts of it. Also there is a ton of folklore about different strange happenings on the road. i have been chased by a pickup truck myself once but it was probably locals getting their thrills on lol

I know thread is over a year old, but Chitt. falls was the 1st area I thought of when I saw this thread. I'm out in Rochester now but I grew up in Chittenango. Love rt 15 (Gorge rd.) from the falls towards Caz. I drove back to Chitt. right after I bought my Z just to drive that road.

it was one of the first places i really opened my Z up, cant do it in MA, but i went out to NY to show my cousins what i brought and they quickly introduced me to the falls and some of the roads around the windmills, im not sure if you know those ones. they close off a bunch of them in the winter time due to the fact that no one can get up them with all the snow. but yes, gorge road is epic. i have a short video of it.

Yeah, I've been out to the windmills too. Good time. Not a whole lot of areas in or near Rochester for "spirited" driving. I have to drive out to the sticks to find farm roads that aren't heavily traveled by cops. Pretty much 30-40min outside of the city. Other than that it's pretty much all highways and prayers

bump. cmon folks, lets see what roads we got out there to drive on.
in CT, off of 84 (exit 73 i believe) there is a nice route to take the car on. Rt. 190 for maybe a mile and take a right onto Rt. 171, bigelow hollow rd. this road is amazing for bikes and cars. scarcely populated, lots of tight twists and turns, lots of elevation changes too, something to be careful of.
