Asking a photographer what kind of gear he uses is like asking a chef what pots and pans he uses. Ever do that?

i shoot nikon.......but my favorite go to lens is my trusty nikon 24-70 f2.8 - only glass you will ever need.

Your pictures looks great for only been doing this for one year.

Lighting and reflection are well thought out.

Some pictures look very soft, especially the rig shots. Also be careful about stuff growing out of the cars in the background, like poles.

Took the z for a taco bell run and had my travel cam and a mini tripod with me to snap this.

PIR had an open track day and i went with the AR crew with their bmw m3.

i thought it was too until i tried out the 85mm 1.4G.. God, this lens is worth every penny spent. Then the 70-200mm 2.8G Nikon is another god sent lens. I could go on and on.

I just shoot a 335i recently with a 85mm 1.4G. Check it out here:

thanks for the comments everyone.

Ice- Great photos, that car looks good on HREs. I havent personally tried the 1.4g but i do own a 1.8g. Its nice for me when im doing events or portrait but with cars i generally shoot 2.8-3.5 range depending on the perspective. but nevertheless the 1.4g must be tac sharp considering the price to justify it.

I do agree about the 70-200, I own the VR1 and its great for track days.
