Default What to do. . .what to do. . .? (350Zforums)

Hey guys, I ordered a kit from 350Z forums about a month ago. This is what happened. . . I ordered the kit (INGS +1 LX Half Kit), two days later the money was withdrawn from my checking. . .its been a month since and I never got a word on shipment or any word from them for that matter, not even a stinking email. Ive also called and left messages on numerous occasions, in addition to several emails. . . now I dont know what the hell to do.

And if anyone from 350Z Forums reads this, how the heck do you intend to run a good business without good customer relations, you guys dont have the slightest clue, if I can, please refund my money, Ill go to another retailer. Until I get a word or a courtesy phone call from you guys, Ill give you a big fat thanks for nothing.

Denny

You're post is not unusual. Always include a note with an order “If you cannot ship on or before such-and-such date, cancel my order.”

How was the money withdrawn from your checking account?

next time, ask around before using a vendor, or do a search. that vendor is notorious for screwing people over, and it has been written about extensively on this site, and STILL, the owners of this site take his money.
also, if you use a credit card, you can have them do a charge back.

Too bad you didn't sound like you used your credit card for this transaction....

This is probably the 3rd time I saw a thread regarding poor customer service from IPDG (350zforum.org) in A Week.

You mean to tell me that the owners of my350z.com would accept advertising dollars from a vendor who has repeatedly scammed people on THIS forum?? That's pretty MF sad...and not cool at ALL!

Maybe a PETITION would be in order??

I know we don't pay to use this forum, but why knowingly shows ads from a known scammer. eBay bans sellers for LIFE who pull that kinda shyt!

I'll take 3 to go, thanks! LOL

If I were you I would keep calling every minute... and may be if one day you receive the body kit, depending on the mood I end up after recieveing it and if you paid with debit/credit card, I would keep the body kit and tell the bank I never got anything from the company and get my mony back...

Do NOT get me wrong here... I am NOT taking sides one way or the other on this topic, but I'd like you to list the name of one person who has been "scammed" (read: stolen from) by IPDG on this site. There is a BIG difference between poor (or really really really poor) customer service and illegal activity. If you can back up your claims, I'll stand corrected, but if you've mis-spoken, you should reconsider your words more carefully.

Peace and all that good stuff.

NOTE: While I am a moderator here, I am not posting this as a representative of this site...just a person who believes that everyone (even IPDG) deserves a fair shake.

Peace again (and all that good stuff.)

I ordered a body kit from them and received the same treatment. They even went so far as to put my AIM screen name on ignore, so I had to make a new one and act like someone else to get them to respond.

I ended up calling Bank of America, my cc company, and put a dispute on the payment. But guess what, as soon as they found this out, the body kit was shipped and on my doorstep less than a week later.

I'm glad I got the kit, but don't think I would do business with them ever again due to their lack of communication.

i think it sucks how you are not getting a response from that company but you must remember that the kit itself would take about 2 months from japan if it is the real ings+1 kit that was ordered...but thats still no excuse as to why they dont call you to let you know they havent forgot about you

What was the exact date of your order?

I've heard enough from the 2 or so people to make me steer CLEAR of this website...But I'm gonna sit back and chill with my hot buttered popcorn...AND wait for some MORE customer service horror stories and/or scams to be posted.

I completely agree....I'll eat some popcorn with you. Based on their history, there will be more such claims, which is too bad because IPDG is well rooted in the industry. And while it may be too late at this point, I think it's important if you're going to cast stones, to cast the right ones. IPDG has some customer service issues for sure, but thieves they are not, at least not that I've heard. Can you pass the Popcorn?

Where is IPDG located? They should get quality audited. I am a Quality Auditor at my company, and effective customer communication and satisfaction are things we try to capture. I wonder how much satisfaction they have been able to document. If they are a supplier to a company, that company can perform an on-site inspection. All you need to know is how to run a business or ISO9001 QMS.

I can't remember the name of the thread, but didn't someone just go thru this last month. I remeber the thread was closed. I remember the guy waited about 6 or 7 months to hear from the company. They kept blaming it on one of their old employees. I'm not sure if we are talking about the same company. Can someone post a link to that thread, or shed some light?

How to get your sh*t....
1. Call and threaten to file a lawsuit tomorrow
2. If you don't have your stuff and it is completely perfect, file the lawsuit for real, lol-

I think we all know that 350ZForums is having some issues, but I wonder how much of the problem is with the companies he is getting the body kits from. I know that my Carbon Creations product was drop shipped to my house after I had gotten a refund because it was taking so long. So here I am with basically a free lip on my doorstep. Now, I'm not a scammer so I e-mailed them to let them know. I realized that it wasn't 350ZForums's fault that Carbon Creations couldn't deliver in a timely manner, and I decided to purchase the product since I really wanted it.

Well when I was gettin my wheels they where on back order licke for 3 months, and I had to wait that long to get them eventhough I hadpayed for them already. I didn't mind the wait since the vendor I ordered from kept me informed all the time, answered every single call and email.
