Default SB with bronze SSRs, pics included

I got new rims last week. Here are the specs:

19" SSR D5R wheels, bronze with chrome-polished lip
Front: 19 x 9, +25 offset
Rear: 19 x 10, +24 offset

Nitto Neo Gen tires
Front: 245/35/19
Rear: 275/35/19

Also got new springs so it's still got some time to settle in.

Why does no tire installer know that the yellow dot on the tire is supposed to be aligned with the valve stem??? GOSH.

I'm guessing TPS can't be installed on these rims? Anyone know if they can be strapped on?
