Default Center cap help, please

I have volk GT-S which I just had refurbished and powder coated. The center caps are like the ones pictured, but the plastic covering in the center is hazy (like the way headlights fog over time in the sun). When they're wet, I can see the writing. Has anyone tried the headlight polish kit on the plastic of the center caps? Think it would work?

Any plastic polish should work. If not, the plastic is just too far gone. (Not unusual on wheel caps).

I would try PlastiX since it is not too abrasive. The Diamondite Clear Plastic Liquid Armor might also work.
