Working in the food service biz you will find that it takes 1 persons bad experience to turn away 10 customers and it takes 10 people who say good stuff about a place to gain 1 new customer.

What's bad is 75% of the bda things that happen get listed in a complaint yet when something good happens 1% of the people will list it.

Just like on this board. If you see the word dealership in a post it's almost always followed by they suck or they did me wrong.

Well I'm breaking that habbit and posting something good for once.

I bought my car from Sheehy Nissan Annapolis Maryland. and have it serviced there for many of the problems as all 350Z owners should know..... the MANY PROBLEMS.

anyways it hasnt been a problem for me because they always take care of me.

I've had them fix a few things from body panels not being quite right, window streaks "needs to be fixed again" power window motor, as with others.

Tomorrow I'm droping it off for a brand spankin new Tranny. so far my first new tranny. As it stands I'm going to drive to the dealership then swap my car for an paid for at THEIR COST rental car and then when the work is done in a few days swap cars out again.

When I took my car in for the grinding 2nd and 3rd gear problem the service manager took it for a test drive with me and said yup that sounds REALLY BAD, I'll go order you a new tranny and call you when it's ready.

EASY AS THAT!

If the **** hits the fan I will let you guys know =) They said they would not have to remove my 19" wheels I'm about to take a picture of them juts in case one gets messed up.
