If you need more power, may I suggest you sell your Z and get yourself a Porsche Twin Turbo or a Ferrai Enzo. If that's not enough, then you may consider getting yourself a Formula 1 car.

If you check the post from InternetAbyss, "Just got off the phone with a Nissan engineer, cool info" or something, he details why no mods right now will add significant HP. Exhaust mods haven't shown significant increases in HP, many have shown DECREASES.

Riiiiiiiiiight. Cause, we all know the 350z has more power than one could eeeeeeeever imagine and there's no room for improvement. I mean, that blistering 14 sec 1/4 mile is enough to brutally smash your head in to the headrests and liquify your eyes!!!

actually its done a 13.8, find another car that can do a 13.8 and a .88 G skidpad. specificly for 34000$. if you need more power, might I suggest learning how to shift properly? otherwise, just wait a little while so there is a few more options, from better companies. and super chargers will be out soon. maybe even a turbo.

Nissan detuned the ECU, so replacing that with a proper one (id wait for NISMO) will gain you an astonishing (for ECU) 10-20hp. Then, slap some better tires on there, and you will have a good .92 skidpad, and you will be able to take the twisties much faster too.

This isnt some single minded muscle car, but yes, theres quite a bit of power allready (not to mention a great suspension) and more is on the way..

the Z gets .88 on the skidpad? It feels like it sticks better than that... I supposidly register .97 and the Z feels on par, if not better on some turns..

well thats mag racing, I dont even know how you get that stat for yourself... but I remember one mag got that, while with a little work in SCC it neared 1G, and I heard that with new tires someone got 1.01 with new tires. so the .88 might be a tad low, or the car gains alot from suspension and tread changes.

sell the Z and get a 2001/2002 Trans Am.. see.. u have the power for sure with a nice powerful V8..hell.. you'll put down as much as 330 rwhp with a bone stock LS1 compared to 240ish of a Z..just add a few little bolt ons on the LS1 and u are almost in the 11's

hes right, you sure will. be sure to keep that wheel straight while you do it tho. if you happen to drive on roads that arent a quarter mile long and dead straight, then that extra hp might just add a little speed to your final velocity when you hit the wall.

hmmm I was unaware that it could handle that well. guess the Z is just a waste. I dont believe that the trans am can handle as good as a Z specially since it is at 3500lbs, around 300lbs more than the Z. not to mention its 310hp and 340torque stock at the crank, your saying they underrated hp by 15-20%? or your car isnt stock. right right right.

winning an arguement is so easy when you lie out your ***. why are you here anyway? arent there transam websites? or are they all out getting their mullet cut?

nah doesnt sound like a troll, or hes very vague about it, sounds more like a 16 yo who got the car from daddy and has been beating the **** out of it, but since he cant shift worth a damn the local HS mustang handed him his ***. now he is looking into mods like a ECU that doesnt exist and exhaust that I would never put on my car since it hasnt been shown to add any HP.

the complete lack of knowledge in the post makes me think its authentic, its just the person not knowing what he's talking about.

How about you break it in first The car comes alive over 4000RPM. even if you've been there already it still has to break in. I only have 2000miles on my track and there is a noticable difference even from 1200miles. It shifts smoother, revs easier, and feels better. Give it a chance.
