Wet Sanding Question...
Hello fellow Zers,
My Z has a good amount of orange peel (like many others) and I wanted to know if I have to wait a certain amount of time before I wet-sand it. Someone told me that I may want to wait about 6 months, but I'm not sure. On that note, is wetsanding worth it? Anybody do it yet? Any input is appreciated! Thanks.

Here's a tutorial on wet sanding but it makes no mention of how long to wait.

Other references I've seen say it depends on the kind of paint used and to follow the paint manufacturer's recommendations.
I hesitate to do this procedure myself since I don't know how thick the clear coat is and I don't have the facilities to re-apply another coat of clear if what's left is too thin.
Note: if you go through the tutorial page by page, you'll see some Meguiars advertising, but it is a fairly informative piece.
