I just ordered my Enkei PK6 wheels 8.5 18 +24 front and 9.5 18 +25 rear. Tires will be 245/40/18 front and 275/40/18 rear.

Is this all I need to drop the vehicle a bit?

Yep, that's all you need. Not sure what the drop is on the Tein S kit...I think it's .6" drop (don't quote me on that) but you can find out if you do a forum seach. After installation I would have an alignment performed.

Ride is great. Slightly stiffer than stock, but not harsh at all. Did you do a search, as there are a million threads on these springs? Most people like them.

As far as installation cost, I don't know because I installed myself. My best guess would be between $75 and $125.
