Game/Screensaver Hybrid...
If possible, it would be nice to take as much advantage of the graphics engine, 3d processor, and CPU as you can.
I can see that it must be a pain to perfect the car's looks.... I think you should continue enhancing car's look until the physics and everything is done. Make the headlights and tail lights look as if it has depth, and round out some things. Make them light up too when playing a night stage.
I don't care if all this polygon and detail kills my computer... but I'd be real happy to see some high quality rendering. Check out the Porsche rendering from nVidia. That's overkill on my GeForce card back in the day.
Oh yes... need lots of good sound clips!
About the physics, just imitate the 300ZX.... but with slightly better suspension and better acceleration without the lag. Hek... test drive the G35 to get a feel of the engine and suspension.

kinda curious how you feel the colors are in terms of accuracy. there is no way to get them 100% accurate, as i can only do as much as the game engine allows, but i tried to get close. i think the only one off is silverstone, which i think is a little to dark, but i did that to try and make it more different then chrome silver, since i cant really do chrome.
car is still not available for download... hopefully this weekend. just having a problem with breaking and 0-60 (its doing it in 4 .5 seconds, but the engine numbers all match the real car, so...)

well i play/edit it with windows 2000 so i think i can answer yes 
you can try out the game now if you want, but i haven't released the car yet.

it takes a little work to find some good tracks, but i'll give as much info when the car is released to help you out if you wanna give it a try. since it is really a community effort, it can be hard to find the good stuff...

i have maya where i work so it's kinda free for me.
mongoZ, these are shots of the model in a real time game engine. i do have some prerendered shots like this:
there are 2 others here along some other crap...
i hope to make the c west body kit as well, looks nice to me even if it is rice/race/whatever...
