Just donated 20 bucks, first post here and it feels good to make it knowing I am helping in some small way.

That's what it's all about! Thank you very much.

I just found an extra $20 bill in my wallet. Anyone that donates at least $10 between now and 6 PM will be put in a separate prize drawing for it.

Hopefully everyone that has already posted will understand what I am trying to do (ie getting more people to donate). Frankly I don't really think anyone that has posted so far even really cares about the prizes, but have just posted out of the goodness of their hearts. Again, thanks.

Good job Roger!

As an alternative, consider donations to:

I was diving out of Phuket, Thailand 3 years ago and here is a link to some recent photos.

Since I have to leave for a New Years party, I need to send my donation in now. I have decided to donate $10 for each post in the thread so therefore I am donating $440 (way to go 3-fity! ). Thank you to everyone that posted and donated. This won't be my last donation to the victims and hopefully other people will use this thread to donate money after this. Thanks again to everyone.

Roger

PS I will do the drawing tomorrow as I am being yelled at by my wife to get ready to leave!

Happy New Year everyone!

Default Thanks for getting this going!

I just saw this and sent $20 to the American Red Cross' International Response Fund. Thanks for providing the links to the information that made it easy to donate.

It's 4:37 pm here in Hawaii, which means it's probably after the 6pm deadline where you are. Oh well, you got me to donate, and that's the point!

Thanks again!

(still waiting for our Lemans Sunset roadster to arrive)
