I did all of the above with the exception of plugging the exhaust and intake ( not sure why you are doing this) is this to keep the moisture out?
Is you Z inside a garage? or outside.
Simplely amaZing I also put mine up on stands and removed the wheels and batt. Lower windows about .75 prior to batt. removal.

Did you disconnect the negative terminal of your battery? You've got everything else covered.

i plugged the exhaust and intake with steel wool so criters wouldnt get in there. i was told if i over inflated the tires i wouldnt need to jack it up and would avoid flat spots. i will probably rock her back and forth to aid in flat spot avoidence. yes she's in a garage...not heated. but darn i didn't yank the battery...you think it will leak?...i also kept the windows shut as to keep that sweet leather smell fresh...bad idea too?....i was told to lay down plastic and wood to soak up any moisture...necessary?...how many times have you done this...i want to keep it in show condition which also means i have no under coat...am i beggin for rust problems?

I pumped up the tires like you did. Lower a small crack for the window to have some air exchange, put a dryer sheet to keep the inside smell good. Left the battery connected and put a charger on it once a month to keep the battery fresh. And put a cover on the car. The engine oil was changed just before the sleep, and the car was carefully washed with the interior vacumned, took out any food or things that might smell. I have been storing one of my cars over the winters for the last 10 years this way with no problems.

If you choose to disconnect the battery, make sure you lower both windows 1st for the Z, this way you won't have any problem when you reconnect the battery.

Where are you in Canada?

THe steel wool thing, valid point, I always find mouse turds in my garage during winter and they`re almost impossible to cotrol. Way back (11 yrs. more or less I do recall when I had my Vette. a spider built a web inside the carb. and in spring time I had a hell of a time trying to figure out why my car would`nt start.
Simpley AmaZing I used this method for Winter storage maybe for the last 15 years and I too lay down plastic and a heavy caboard untherneath. As for the batt. the cold can do a lot of damege if it just sits for long periods, recharging once a month should be ok. I preffer to remove the batt. and bring it in the basement. and trickle charge it some where in mid. Winter.
Hope this helps

Drain your fuel tank and replace with fresh gas WITHOUT the stabilizer. That crap has no business running through your Z engine!!!!(unless you placed your VQ with a Toro gas lawnmower engine)
Also, you are better off leaving your battery connected and adding a maintainer which will keep the battery charged without overcharging.

My x girl's dad stores his shelby gt500, 60 something corvette, a bunch of other old cars in a barn and said u don't need to use stabilizer just fill the car up with gas before storing. Also he said to put moth ***** under the hood or anywhere u don't want rodents b/c mice/rats dont like the smell of them. Disconnect the battery and u should be fine.

easy...just go to www.photobucket.com (it's free) use the browse button to select from your comp the pics you want posted. submit.
then in this forum (works anywhere in my350Z.com) hit the "IMG" button and copy the "URL" addy from the photobucket site (you'll need to have both sites open when doing this...just get on the internet twice in order to have two windows open) then paste in the spot provided. voila! nice posted pics of yer sweet ride for everyone to drool over! lol

I'm bringing these "winter" threads back. Why? Cause winter is here and every year ppl will post "how to store for winter", "winter tires" and "winter driving" where there is already tons of these threads.
