350z Colors
I would like to give my view on the colors of Z. I have CS.
Chrome Silver - Safe color. Absorbs/reflects light Extremely well during the day (blue reflection from the sky, sunset, overhead lights at night etc. Nearly any colored wheels go with this - Black, Chrome, Gun Metal.
Silverstone= one of my least favorite color. Looks suprisengly good at night, though. Especially with overhead/street lights.
PPW=It looks very nice during night time. Extremely easy to cordinate external mods - anything looks good on it. A bit too..um femine for me, though.. sorry.
Superblack=you don't see the definition and the lines of the z. You may have to go with lighter wheels, tint windows and do some bodykit magic to have it 'pop' another one of my least favorite. Pros: looks aggressive and dominating.
Lemans Sunset= interesting choice. Looks better in person, IMO. You'll have very different opinions about the color from other people
Daytona Blue= Can't go wrong. If you want to deviate from the norm, such as SS or CS, this should, naturally be your next choice.
Brickyard= Nice color, in a sort of Cadillac kind of way
Redline=very flashy. If you want a 'look ma, I'm driving' effect, this would be you. Interestingly, a lot of the girls that I asked about car colors did not like the idea of guys driving red cars.
Ultra Yellow - doesn't look all that great in pics but looks incredible in person. You can't get too crazy with bodykits without your z slapping people in the face with its outrageousness.
my choice would be in this order:
1. CS
2. DB
3. UY
4. PPW
don't really care for these, but still in order:
5. SB
6. SS
7. Brick
8. Red
8. Lemans (I actually like this color, but wouldn't dare get it)

superblack baby, every sports car looks badazz in black. When its clean/freshly waxed there is no comparison imo. Also almost any wheel goes on SB, gold looks good, silver obviously looks good, and even black with a silver lip makes the car even more intimdating.

Chrome Silver is a dime a dozen... When I first whet to a Nissan Dealership to find a 350z, all they had was like 15 Silver, 1 White and couple Red and 1 or 2 Black... It was the same for every dealership I went to.... Everybody has Silver now a days.... To me Black or White are the best colors... and you don't see as many driving around either.. Don't get me wrong, I like Silver, its just everyone has that color now a days.

My 2 cents worth.....I'm pretty much a fan of all the colors.....I've had Silver in past cars and love the color.......Here's the but, ask most body shops what color,(metallic), is the hardest to match? Does silver surprise anyone?.......Did me......Dave

As much as everyone may have a CS Z, I think it's a great color. Elegant and Sporty at the same time. Plus if you mod it to your liking it'll always look different than the other ones. I have carbon fiber accents all over my car and it matches great.
Just my two pennies.
BTW I like all the colors execpt Redline.
It's not ferrari red enough. Or it could be the cheap nissan paint.
