I also put it in between my legs while set on vibrate. My gf claims she does it too... I think it's a good idea.

Nah... I dont like cell phone holders. I dont like to add much to the interior except for stereo upgrades.

I have the Motorola *Nextel* i830...

...and I put it sideways in the ashtray

I keep mine in the compartment in the driver's side door arm rest. That way I'm sure to see it when I get out of the car -- I tried storing it in the sun glasses compartment but started forgetting my phone!! Haha!!

Is your handsfree setup bluetooth? I noticed you had the V600, just curious. I use a bluetooth handsfree headset called the Bluetrek G2.

And that connects to my V551. Sorry for the offtopic, just curious about your HF setup.

Sorry to hi-jack thread....I also have the bluetooth headset.......The hands free car kit does'nt need it though....I have a permanent external antenna(windshield and tiny), and a footwell mounted loudspeaker, and a pillar mounted mini-microphone......only motion I do is flip open the phone to place and end calls.......Again, I appologize about off topic post.....Dave PM me for any details, pics, etc........
