well take a porshe 911 and put a nissan logo on it...and that about says it for half the cost...

The z gives the ability to have great euro performance without paying the euro dollars....I have driven my cousins 911 it was sweet and i was in love...I drive my Z and think Gee I didnt pay $60k and this thing drives amazing and exactly how I remebered the test drive of the 911.

I really does have the best of both worlds. GREAT looks, amazing driveability, speed at any gear ( I can crusie in 3-4th gears around town and still have power to pass when I jump on it.), and the ability to mod is prob. going to be unlike ANY car every made. This is the first mod friendly Mass Produced car to come out since the last Supra. I can only imagine the amount of products that are going to be avaliable in 1 year. I still think the 911 C4 is an amazing ride, and in a different league, but for coupes, there is NOTHING out there right now that can compete in total package. Yes I know the Cobra is faster, costs less blah,blah.. Sorry guys, but it is NOT a total package, it doesn't have the looks or the quality.

I am glad you're giving the Z a try. It's a great car for the money, and can't be beat in the looks dept at the present time. Having said that, be prepared for a porpoising ride over certain road surfaces. But, if you can live with that, then it will reward you with pure driving bliss.

Gee, hope I don't get flamed, but I would go for a silver/black/red color, the brickyard doesn't do it for me at all. Oh well.

Hey now!

As a proud owner of a Brickyard Performance I must say that I've been complimented quite often on the color. It is a bit understated, though; so keep that in mind.

search out a fella named wadd, theres a brickyard one in his sig. also nissannews.com has a pic or 2 of it in their site.

I love the brickyard, I went with black, but personally I wanted blue black or brickyard.

if you wondering what it is, its a VERY dark purplish maroon. in the right light it takes an amazing irredescent purple, and out of the light ist black. almost like a color change. only color Ive ever seen like it. great color even for a woman.

I personally thought silver was blah, along with white, not daring. tho easy to keep clean.
