Default Installing brakes on Z no different than most cars?

Just wondering if there is anything odd or to look out for when doing a rotor and lines swap on a Z.

I've put brake kits on Mustangs and Thunderchickens before, but never a Z.

Is it all common? I know the Zs got that gnarly front control arm stuff going on but that's just undoing bolts and what not.

Thanks for any info.

Really easy to do, no worries. My only problem was finding something tall enough to set my caliper on. I just stacked some bricks.

Oh and you will need air tools, I tried by hand and there was no way in hell I could break the bolts loose.

Just use a breaker bar.

I dont have access to a lift, so there wasnt enough room to break the bolts loose.

I was able to get the bolts no problems with a breaker bar and the car on 4 jack stands in my garage.

Was your car lowered at the time? Mine is about 3/4" lower.

The lower rear caliper bolt wont pull out all the way. The is a rear brace that blocks it. I had to loosen both bolts then remove the assy. that supports the caliper, then remove the whole thing to gether. Reassembly was the same but in reverse. The fronts are so easy, they were a pleasure to do.
