Im 33 also. I think Ive had about the same in cars. Around 30 or so Ive owned. I have 4 now Acura mdx, gmc 3500, durango and a Z. I just dont see any cars makeing the break your neck test like the z. If there is a hotter affordable car out there show me. Maybe the saturn sky, but what dude is gonna drive that?

Which incidently had a gas can full of DIESEL stolen from the back, Jokes on them if they try to use it in a gas car LOLOLOL my truck dont say "diesel" anywhere on it..

I traded in my 03 DB Touring for an 04 SB Roadster and I never regret the move. I ask myself since this will only opportunity owning a roadster and once we get to a certain age the toys start to disappear, might as well enjoy while your still young. The TL is very nice and practical but as years come the Z will still look attractive and the TL. Everyone will get a TL just like the BMW, Mercedes and so on. There're everywhere!

Nothing really compares to the Z in the price range. I bought mine used so it was even less than what I could have gotten an EVO or STI for. IMHO it beats everything in the 20-30k in style and performance isn't too shabby.

And since this is my daily driver, I really think I would be hard pressed to find a more reliable performance car.

The only thing I could think of is maybe getting a used c5 vette in a few years that has low miles... but then I need to worry about daily driving that thing....

maybe I can get a beater and a vette once I turn 25 and insurance won't rail me for owning two cars the way they would now.

When you guys went to consider trading in your Z's, what were they offering you for it? Was it close to blue book trade in or were you guys being offered something silly that you would take a big hit on?

I told them that I wanted no less than Kelley Blue Book trade-in value. They agreed to giving me that. I'm not sure if I was short changing myself or not.

I was so close to trading my Z for the roadster Z or G35 coupe. I love convertibles but the coupe looks so much more sexy. If only they make t-top for the 350. then I saw a 96 viper for sale around 40k and I think I'll save and trade for that.

I haven't even thought about it, 2 1/2 years and still loving it.

But a friend down here takes the cake, BRICKS Z, traded his preorder silverstone Z for a Lemans sunset Roadster, then he had a short episode of madness and traded it in for a Crossfire, two months later he came to his senses and last week took delivery of a Yellow 05 350Z.

Anyone here traded in their 03/04 Z for the 300 hp 35th anni Z? If so how much? I am thinking of trading my 03 DB (fully equiped) for a 35th anni SB (fully equiped). Anyone here have any idea how much it will cost for the trade in?

I Think I would trade my z if a Turbo came out. I'm not so shure about the 05 more hp but less tq. It seems gimmicky (if thats a word) to me.
