Default TRASH MY CAR, Advice needed.

BAD NEWS!

Just got it from the Service Representative.

My car, appears to have to change:
a) Master Pump
b) Sleeve Pump Clutch
c) Clutch Assembly (Maybe need to change cause have not take it out to check, but highly possible damage.

I ask what cause this, he said got to check with the mechanic.

Can anyone tell me what cause it to happen?????? isn't my car suppose to be track ready????

and how much does it cost to replace those stuff?

I'm confused. Are they telling you that you need to replace the stuff to take your car to a track? Or have those items gone bad?

Well the 350Z has a certain level of track capability, but that doesn't mean it's a purpose-built track car.

Even in a track car, if you abuse the clutch, it can wear out.

They are telling me that those stuff are confirm bad except the Clutch Assembly but they highly suspect its damage.

Basically, I want to know

a) Since its already bad, i have to accept it. What kind of replacement i should get for the above stated stuff so that I can go tracking again without worries.

b) What actually cause it? Temperature? Some said I might have abuse the clucth, but I don't seems I did other than just one occassion which is possible but if its that case, then the car is built being quite fragile.

c) Is 350z suitale for tracking? or its because of our hot weather here?

It has a clutch so it has to be a 6spd. Sounds like you track your car so you are slipping your clutch, high rev launches, etc. Yeah you are gonna ware it out quick.

Your best bet is to get a better clutch and flywheel. Go aftermarket, cause stock parts are going to be just as expensive.

it does...the track does not come with heated leather seats..the seats are cloth...what can happen is that your clutch master cylnder or slave cylnder went bad...or maybe was low on oil..meaning..no oil for the throw out bearing..no oil causes the bearing 2 heat up due to friction..mess up and ur clutch pedal will either fall in..or wont work @ all..your clutch disc does not have 2 be bad..

What your describing sounds like a combination of, what is in the USA, a Track & Touring model.

It sounds like you may have woren some "stuff" out on on a track; if so, I doubt warrenty would cover it.

What you probably need to know is if you should replace the parts with Nissan parts or an after-market company. (I'm not the one to answer the latter questions).
