Default Help, need to sell my Z

I have an 03 z with nothing major but some 19" volk gtc's, pop charger, and crawford plenum BUT I need to sell because need more room for baby.

Heres my choices,

-g35, wandering if all my mods would go right on the g35? ne one know?

-2001-2004 BMW M3 - maybe even a convertible, BUT price is crazy!

Whats some other hot choices? I dont want a 4 door, I know that.

I love the z and think the g35 is pretty close in looks and performance, I test drove an m3 and wasnt that impressed with the performance/price ratio.

Help me guys.
-Dave

G, your mods will fit right on. Not sure about the plenum though.

Anyone think the g35 will be a big difference in power loss even with the mods I would be transfering?

Funny how the 2005 Z Owner's Manual has 5 pages covering the proper installation of a baby carrier/child seat on the passenger side.....Does anyone actually do something as insane as put a baby seat in a 287 HP 2-seater??

Anyway....with a baby as a major concern here, you really may want to consider a 4 door car....and there are plenty of nice looking ones out there!

I.E. Mazda 6, any of the Saabs or Volvos.

Keep in mind that with a 2 door car, you'll have to constantly push that seat forward and reach over to grab the baby and the seat...This would annoy the hell out of me!

Just my 2 cents....hope it's worth a little more though!

Good Luck with whatever decision you make!

yup, this is an easy decision. You would lose more money by trading the car in rather than buying a $3K-$4K used sedan for those times when you need to transport the kid. I kept my '98 volvo when I bought the Z exactly for this reason.

funny manual! don't they know it's illegal to put a child seat in the front seat...especially because of the airbag?!
