I've been told that the 2005 Track is not yet availlable and that no dates have been but forward by Nissan USA to ship it ?

I'm in Ohio. Anybody else has had the same answer from their dealers ?

I was ready to order one, but now I might have to reconsider...

 

Based on the various threads that have surfaced on this forums:

1. Nissan is currently on hiatus for Z production for 1 month.
2. Most likely you will see the 05 Tracks and 35ths come out in droves past April.
3. Some members have gotten their 05 Track models already.
4. There are a few 35th Aniversary also running around.


If your patient enough, they are comming. (I don't mean aliens from space)

its been rumored atleast by people who have called us...

 

track models are not available yet but here in atl at the nissan that i work we have 6-7 35th's. 2 black, 1 yellow, 3 silvertone and maybe another one in one of the colors that we already have.

I ordered a 35th ultra yellow with nav and side airbags back on Jan 18th and was told by my dealer Feb 17th about the 30 day extension by Nissan. I would hope to get it by the 1st of May. Seems if Nissan wants to better there sales numbers all they have to do is build cars! I'm ready with the check.

 

I hope so. I'll be looking to buy mine in April/May.

 

Hey Kolia ... if OH is anything like michigan it will be awhile! Michigan at least doesn't sell a large amount of 350z's... so what happens is all the other states get there inventory then it is distributed out to the other states that sell much much less... I know I just talked to my dealer this week and he gave me 45 days till my car gets in at the latest... so as he predicted a late march or early april drop off... I bought mine back in Feb.... but again I don't know about OH...

 

Well, I have my 05 Track Z. Got here Feb. 3rd.

 

When had you ordered it?

 

I ordered it Nov. 4th 2004. It might have been the 2nd, but not exactly sure. I will have to look at my papers.

Do you have any way of checking inventory to see what is coming in where and when?

 

Production first started on track and 35th anny models in december so unless you ordered one a few months back, you may be waiting a bit. To give reference, i ordered mine in september and received it a few weeks ago.

 

we have tracks here just sitting so you dont have to really wait unless your wanting a certain color and little stuff. i can find out when cars are coming in within that month or so. so just let me know

 

Yep, saw that one today, while mine was being serviced.

 

im in cincy i have 05 35th just walked onto the lot and bought it! it was fresh from the boat . .9 miles on it. they have a track model also but only one and wont get any more till mid to late april so ive been told.

 

Where exactly ? What dealership ?
