Does anyone know if there is an option to make it go off automatically?

If not...this would be an good feature to consider in the 2004 model.

 

If I remembered the manual correctly, it turns off after 5 minutes when you locked the car.

wha??? the lights go off after 5 minutes? so I cant leave them on?

however as for "automatic lights" I think theyd also have to turn on when its dark out. still a feature I wish I had. perhaps I could buy like a light activated switch and set it to what I want. but then lights might come on and off as I pass through the shade... eh, not worth it I suppose, I am suprised they didnt toss this feature in. the G35 has it I believe.
