Can dealer install side airbags?

Can dealer install side airbags?
I was just curious as to whether the side curtain airbags could be added by the dealer, or if they had to be installed from the factory. Thanks!

i believe there are two types of side airbags. One are the curtain air bags and the other is the airbags within the seat. I would think it would be possible to install the curtain air bags, although it might be expensive, but the seat airbags might need you to swap seats.
