In NJ lemon law you normally get:

Msrp - usage(somewhere between $.12-.20/ mile)

that usage depreciation is taken from the time of the first reported repair. So you are only responsible for the usage while the car was in proper working order. Call your lawyer and try to confirm what the state lemon law is in Az.

Hope that helps.

Actually in Red Mountain/Las Sendas. Although I am in Scottsdale all the time.
Sometimes Im in Tempe...depending on weather or not Im in-between tenants.

Looking for a property to occupy in Scottsdale though since the new Mortgage job is near Scottsdale/Shea.

I love the Greyhawk area....so peaceful there.

Question QUESTION

How much would it cost me to put a "better" transmission in the Z?

Lets say Nissan were willing to settle by giving me $8,000.00 or so. Would this be enough to put a bulletproof Tranny in AND keep my baby with some cash left in pocket?

ANyway to fix a grinding gear without a tranny replace?
