I am saying you know when you back up... and your still kind of rolling in reverse then you start to go straight... if your still slightly rolling back its easy to chirp when you go forward.

I know one of the top real estate agents in the world. He works for remax. HE is the best. This is the guy my parents use to buy two or three homes.

Sometimes a little advice can be very nice indeed,

Over here we got these... i dont know what you call them, and if you even have them over there, they are pieces of water (small lakes) that get emptied, so the land can be used for agriculture and such, but the road's there are small and there is only room for one vehicle at a time, and every now and then there are passing slots for passing another car.

Well anyway, i was driving through that one night coming back from my GF's house (the normal route is 25km, and this "shortcut" is only 10) and i was a bit in a hurry, so all of a sudden i see a farmer on the road telling me to slow down, so he told me that the corners in that road can be really hard, with tree's and such blocking corner vision, so i listened to his advice AND THE VERY NEXT CORNER there was a cow ( ) standing on the road, if i went around that corner at my usual speed (25 mph) i would have wrecked my car...

So the whole point is, as long as the advice is only advice, and not a semi-death threat, there is no reason to be annoyed. It all depends on the way you are spoken to, and if it is the first time that person talks to you...

Dont forget now, when you do move, let em know what an actual burnout really sounds like(no speeding tho), so when the next person with a fancy car moves in, they'll have a better frame of reference when complaining

Whoa chill out there buddy

Define unnecessary. Unless hes doing this really early or really late, people need to let it go. Its not like hes doing a standing burnout or racing through the parking lot. There are some folks that just love to complain for the sake of complaining, especially in regulated communities like this. They never have the guts to tell your to your face either.

I bet the neighbors screaming kid or loud TV late at night might bug the crap out of him, but I doubt hes said a word. People make noise, its life.

Hypeiv, maybe this is the guy who complained about you

Did you even read his post? He was bragging about leaving tread marks from his FWD Mazda 626. Those don't appear magically out of nowhere. He's already said he needs to calm down. He wouldn't of said that if he wasn't doing anything wrong, or at least felt he MIGHT have been doing something wrong.

As for the screaming kids or loud TV, those are the sort of things you expect from living in a close-knit community. Those sometimes cannot be helped; this can. Its just a matter of respect for your neighbors.

And no, I wasn't the one complained. However, I have respect for people I live near and don't go blasting a system or peeling rubber up and down roads.

I tend to p*ss off my neighbors when I leave at 6:00 a.m. for work! Course, I'm on my Harley which is LOUD! Oh well, I try to be considerate but I still get complaints.
