..changed my oil! At 3337 miles, changed it to Mobil 1 "High Performance" Full Syn (label said I could change after 15k miles! ) with a WIX filter. Very noticable difference...quieter idle, smoother/faster accerleration and revving. Cost was $30 ($23 oil at Walmart and $7 filter at O'reilly's). Anyone else notice a difference when changing to full syn? And how long is everyone leaving their syn in? 5k or 3k?

You can change your oil every 15k, but I think you have to change the filter every 5k or 7500.

 

This is from Mobil 1's website in reference to extended drain intervals:

"For vehicles covered by a warranty, follow the vehicle's oil life sensor or the oil change interval recommended in your owner's manual."

I just don't want anyone having problems...
