Bump...I was thinking about this the other day. I wonder if you got a superblack...could you do a silverstone color over it (one coat) and then clear coat twice and get a gunmetal color???

I don't think it works that way, but I'm not positive.

I always wished the Z came in a dark grey Charcoal color.
I even thought about painting it but after seeing so many TL's, Accords, Civics and Jettas with this color I lost interest.

A real white color would be nice too. (less pearl than PPW)
It would be a great neutral tracking color. White Z's seem pretty popular in Japan.

Oh and I almost forgot: Brandywine..that deep metallic red.

gotta be the super sonic blue pearl that the integras came in or the royal saphire blue that the supras came in

I would like to see the Z in a dark red color. Ive always been a fan of candyred, I like the red I have seen on audi TT also.

What made me think of this...is the other day I was watchin O.C. Choppers, and the paint guy did a dark base coat and a lighter base coat to get the color he wanted and then clear coated it.

I'd ask them to discontinue Superblack for the rest of the run of the 350z.

It would help keep the value up of mine.
