Arrow I bought the best investment and the worst in the same day!!

Hello everyone,
I have been reading this forum for months looking for tips. I have been asking advice for the past month. I thank everyone who gave advice to my questions.

Well today I closed on my house, and went right to the dealership to purchase my Z I have had on hold for a week now. I am so glad I bought my house so now I can build some real equity. I am also glad I was able to buy my Z in the same day.

I have been working the dealerships around here for weeks. Finally on March 31st I got a dealer to give me a pretty good deal. (i think)
2004.5 Enthuziast new w/19miles on it.
loaded as an enth. can be minus the aero.
Silverstone
25800 plus tax and reg.

Once again I am thankful for everyone's help

Big time congratulations man! Funny that you say "best and worst investment". I read Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" not long ago, and he maintains that a house is not an assett, it's a liability. He has some very insightful viewpoints. Financial wisdom is so darn hard to come by these days.

Anyway, congrats again. I hope your new house has a new garage for your new car!

Congrats on both and enjoy! And I wouldn't call the Z the worst investment.

I shopped and shopped. This was the best i could get. This was a brand new 2004 w. 19miles not 19k. Not sure if you caught that. can't really compare that to a used 04 with 15k miles. I saw the invoice and it said 27650.

Good book! I read it too. I understand what he was saying, and it is true to some extent. I did make out pretty well though. The house is in a new development and I got a great deal. It was part of phase 1 where they build for "seed money" for the rest of the develpment. The next 8 houses are going for 60k more. I aquired instant equity.

BTW
Thanks everyone.

I know what you're saying. My house here in Northern VA has more than doubled in value in the six years that we've owned it. It made buying the Z real easy! Congrats again on the house and the Z.
