Hey guys, I am going to be putting a clear bra on my Z. The problem is that the dealer is about 200mi. away from me. So how do I protect my Z in the interim? I'd like not to spend the money on a $120 nose mask as I plan to use it only temporarily. Suggestions?

in the interim, depends how long it will be. but honestly, get yourself some saran wrap - the big packing kind, not the off the shelf colored kind. make sure you just wrap the front of the car, cutting holes for the radiator to get proper breathing, as well as the intake.

that should get you by for a day or two or at least on your way to the shop to get it done. keep in mind, most dealers farm out that kind of work, so they probably have someone come by or else take it to a shop that does the stongard/xpel/other 3m type of protection.

Where do I get the 'big packing saran wrap'?

 

either a packing place, or heck, I did see it in costco one day back in the back. yes, on the shelves. it will be 2.5 to 3 feet in length and about 8 inches in diameter or thereabouts.
