Thumbs up the relatively long wait is over!

My Z is finally here as i picked it up on Friday night...My dealer thought i was strange to want to pick it up at night since it had just arrived no more than 2 minutes after i called at 4pm.

The vehicle is better than imagined..I drive it 150 miles the first night on the highway/city driving mix to help the break in. I have the touring with 17's and the wheels look much better in person. I actually pulled the paper off the car and washed it myself which they had known upfront. The forum here was right on about the handling and the power band, too bad the Bose is a dissapointment although being Vin # 67## it was already fixed. Its not awful but not up to par to my 01 Maxima. I have found certain Cd's to sound better than others. In Chicago there is not many of these so i was pulled over a few times with the thumbs up. Lakeshore drive was quite a ride!!

One early problem i see is my drivers side splash is peeling and ive left a message for the dealer to order a new one...i had even had the car detailed with Zymol (works great on CS)..

anyway ..awesome vehicle and now the wait turns to the break-in!!

Congratulations on your car. I picked mine up last Tuesday and am still grinning.
I too am surprized by the sound of the Bose. I listen a lot of classical music and enjoy hearing the full spectrum over a wide dynamic range. I have played with the settings and have to run both the base and treble at the highest boost to get the feel I want. Not a bad system, just not as good as my 3.2TL Bose system.
