I would like to give props to Jason @ Performance Nissan Parts. Jason has helped me out for weeks and promptly answered all my noob questions via PM. Jason gave me a killer deal on all the parts I ordered (which I got today). I have yet to install them, but their store is #1 in my book. I'll look to them when I need to buy anything for my 350Z!

In addition, I'd like to thank Andy & Tony for answering my call the minute after I placed my order. Thanks for changing the shipping method guys!

I agree. Performance Nissan Parts is rated #1 in my book for customer service and price. The high service level they provide is rare, if not impossible to find elsewhere.

 

PM-ing and on the phone the guys are great, just about (if not) the best to deal with.

Try asking something on their website ordering system.........it's the black hole. I've been trying to order some stuff, but their ordering system sucks on the web (can't get my order in due to errors in their shipping system). Been so busy I haven't had the time to call them, that plus the time difference......well I'll get around to it when work slows down.

I agree the service is great, they got another customer for when I need parts. Will be hitting them up for a popcharger and Hawk brake pads in the near future. Gotta still intstall the parts that I have ordered first.

yeah, I ordered my pop charger and intake tube from them online and the delivery was real fast and the prices were good. I'll shop there again for sure.

I ordered brake pads and an intake tube online earlier this week. I got a call less than a couple of hours later from Andy informing me the items were backorder and how long it would take. Am I happy my stuff is on back order? No, but at least they have customer service skills and CALLED me (not email as other companies have done) to let me know the status.

BTW, I have ordered stuff from them in the past and received it promptly, so I know they are not always "out of stock".

Sweet, those guys are the bomb over there. Ill always remember the story where someone on here bought a popcharger, but it didnt have a heatshield, so Jason went out and took his heatshield out of his car, and gave it to the guy.

Me? I'm assuming you meant me. I ordered the CF Intake Pipe, JWT Popcharger, popcharger recharge oil, UR crank pulley + belts, Nismo radiator and oil caps. All of them were awesomely priced, shipped super fast (same day) and customer service is top notch. I know it doesn't sound like much, but this is my first major order from them. I'm so happy. It gets put on Sunday!

 

ordered Nismo side skirts on Tuesday, got it Friday!! UPS Ground from CA to TX, unbelievable customer service and prompt shipment! AA+++++++
