what should I do?
Hi! guys!
after I went to Nissan service center to change engine oil, I am really angry.
because I found a record about dant repair at service center. They repaired before I got a my car.
also, when I got my Z(brand new) last month, dealer didn't tell me about it.
I don't know what should I do?
please! advice me.
Thanks a lot!

Depends on how bad the damage was. If you can't tell, I say don't worry about it. But if you can see the repair areas due to unmatched color, paint texture, uneven body work, etc, check with your lawyer. You paid for a brand new car, not a damaged one.
If I remember correctly, Chrysler lost a law suit awhile back because they sold damaged vehicles.

Wouldnt the vehicle be considered damaged if it had a dent?
What i mean is a dent is a dent.
Despite the fact it might not have been a large dent he
still paid for a new "Mint" car.
Id be pissed for sure.
Im not sure what could be done but id try and do something.

This guy registered just to post this. That pisses me off. Settle the heck down man. It was probably a small dent you never would have even noticed and they paid to have a little paintless dent removal done. You should be happy, but judging from your post, you will probably hire a lawyer, try and sue Nissan to buy the car back and buy another new car that will probably have a small rock chip from the test drive and the whole process will begin again.

There was a doctor several years ago who filed suit as part of a class action against BMW because they sold himn a car "new" that had been "hit" in the parking lot.
The damage albiet minimal was fixed and he didnt know about it until it was discovered later on.
BMW had to pay a chunk of change because the law requires that this be disclosed.
I do not know as to what degree, or origin the damage must be to qualify.
However, based on the fact that it was siginificant enough to keep a record of means they shuold have disclosed it.
If we are talking about a ding that was pulled and no body epoxy or repaint was done, it might be a moot point and not worth losing sleep over it.
