haha ya ive been on time with all the payments...working at hess is a breeze...jst sit there and push buttons in a little booth...i basically do all my studying there because its pretty slow at times and my cousin is manager...so i cant get in trouble...my dad ga v eme the 5gs because i got into the sju pharmd program with half scholarship...less than 300 kids get in every year...

hah Ive been hidding in my audio forums and doing some school work(skiing).

It is not legal in Texas. I have been pulled over for 85 in a 55, Excessive Speeding, and a whole host of other things but never have I been pulled over for no front LP. One time I noticed on a ticket I got that I got a warning for no front LP. He never said anything about it so I guess it is just a formality with most law enforcement around texas.

Excessive speeding!!! How do they determine if its excessive? I would have to tell the cop that I was doing normal speeding!! The next time I get pulled over I'm going to ask if he can just smack me around a little bit and let me go!!LOL

Yeah, It was a crap ticket. I was driving in the rain and my rear end slid around going straight. Into a curb I went.

Cop said I had to be going too fast for my car to randomly go out of control. I pointed out to Cop that the rear end of my car was taken appart thus I had less weight in the back fully enforcing the car's natural tendency to be a strange in the rear when it is wet. Not to mention the road's slick properties that prompted the city to finally pave the road correctly shortly after my curbing. I was going down hill also, did not help the weight distribution either.

He said I was lying and left me sitting in the rain waiting for the tow truck.

More than likely it will be around 7:00pm. I am going to Palestine. Just checked my calendar... the 7th is a saturday.

 

Texas cops can be are real jerks!! He knew he was wrong so he just left you sitting in the rain like the jerk he is!! I'm so sorry to hear about my Zs twin...when did this happen? Is she all better now?

They are bad. It seems like only the lowest common denominator wants to become a cop in texas. (my generalization applies to cops I have come in contact with throughout my driving career)

They all stem from the same thing...when they were younger, people made fun of them and they were social outcasts. Now that they have an opportunity to get back at everyone they are gonna take it. LOL

Moral of the story: make their lives living hell while you're young and have the chance because you know when they get older they will get back at you.

Seriously though, he bought my first 250 Ninja way back in 87'. And his dad, my grandpa (duh), bought me 3 cars. Nothing like a Z though.

Since then I've bought an 97' Eclipse, then traded it in on my 03' SVT Focus. And I've also bought a 99' Buell X1 and, my current baby, my 04' R1. A ZR would be nice, but a 2 seater is not practical for me. I am looking at the 07' SVT Adrenalin though, I need something that can pull a bike trailer.
