Little cushy pads for your knees on the center console thing. A cushier spot for your elbow on the center arm rest. Some suspension change. I've heard it refered to as "euro tune".
If your car was built after a certain date it's supposed to have these changes. Someone will post the vin#'s of the 04's vs the 04.5's I'm sure.

I originally found the official distinction between the two on the nissan-tech.com site. You can tell in the VIN numbers:
