New rear tires throwing off the VDC?

I bought the car with these tires installed like that. I am not sure what the previous owner had in mind with the 275/30 tire size. I am planning on replacing them with the correct size once they wear out. they are almost new and it would be a waste just to replace them now.
You can run with VDC or TCS off with no adverse affect to the car (unless you crash it, that would be adverse I suppose).
If 0.5 to 0.75 is all that is allowed than worn out fronts and new rears of a different brand might be enough to mess it up. Each brand has their own idea of what a mm is for some reason. So two tires of the same size from different lines or brands may in fact be different sizes.
Thanks Nissan, to bad there is no way to reset the computer to the new size, that is just plain dumb. How hard would it be for Nissan to have some code you enter like VDC off-on-off-on and drive in a straight line for a mile to calibrate the tires?

yea, just break in the tires more, or just smoke em out to get rid of all that new tire molding oils like what i did

now i have almost 8k miles on the new rears and it's not as bad as it used to be. cant wait for fronts and rears to wear out so i can put something other than the re040s.

Cold pavement and cold tires are sometimes slippery enough to set the VDC off. Applying to much gaz mid corner is an other simple explanation ?
