Just called NNA today to check on the status of my order. The lady on the phone said that they are no longer giving out information on orders according to new policy. They said all inquiries should be done through the dealer. So basically NNA is no help.

So now I have to call my dealer which doesn't know anything. I guess NNA is tired of people calling about their orders. I bet that most people are being scammed by their dealers concerning delivery dates and this is how NNA is covering the dealers butts,and their own, for dealers making empty promises.

 

probably more like covering their own butts for the dealers screwups. dealers are their own thing. NNA is not repsonsible for them. they just dont want to get involved.
