My Dealer Called today...
I just got home from work and my dealer left a message on my machine. That I should call him because he had news about delivery of my Z.
So of course the first thing I did was call before the message even finished.
He said my order was confirmed and that my Z should be in his hands the first week of September. And that he would call me if anything changed with the delivery time.
I requested that there would be no dealer stickers or tags stuck on my car and the front license plate frame not be screwed into the front bumper and that the first person to drive it anywhere is me. He said no problem to all my requests... (i hope he means it)
So I post this question, I ordered my Z back in January the second or third day dealers where taking pre-orders. About two months ago I received the postcard from nissan corprate with my name and address, and all the information about by order, chrome silver touring, 6spd, charcoal leather, nav, etc.. Besides the postcard and the dealer calling me today that is all I have heard about my pre-order. Has anyone else out there gotten any other information from nissan or there dealer?

Nope that's all i've got...I ordered the first week of the program....and I have the #2 spot at the dealer....I was told last week that it would be early september...but they had no definate date...that was just what they were "hearing"
...but....we all should be getting something in the mail the next 10 days or so
