Default Please Help, Dealership is giving me real hard time!!!

1.) I need to know who I can call to get things done. My dealership are jerking me around bad. The tech told me the tranny needs to replaced but need to call nissan for authorization. (3 days ago) still have not done that yet. Told them that my car is burning 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 qt. of oil per 1000 mile, they then did absolutely nothing about that. They just keep talking to me like I don't know what I am talking about and they dont want to warranty it!!! Really starting to p-iss me off Plus i'm sure they dont like me much because the way they are treating me is about to put me in "Anger Management Classes" (kidding) but I know it was reflecting in my tone of voice.

Help Me out Here guys!! What do I do. Called Nissan1 but they didnt do much for me.
2.) BBB do anything for me?

better to make friends, than enemies w/ the nissan service guys.

If they respect you they will respect your car when they work on it.

Call the dealership you're going to now and let them know that not you nor your friends or family will ever purchase a car from them because of their horrible service. They might tell you to bring your car in one more time, or they might not do anything. If they don't, just go to a new dealership.

I agree, You should try another dealer. A dealer told me that Nissan wouldn't authorize a new tranny for my Z because of the Nismo shift **** and I went to another dealer. They replaced the clutch, pressure plate, and Tranny.
