Default About to make a purchase

k well I saw an ad in the paper this morning for an 04 touring DBZ with 11,000 miles on it at a local mitsubishi dealer. The asking price is 22,800, i`m thinking I can get him down to 22k. I`m giving serious consideration into buying this car, it has everything I want... the only problem is I was hoping for a redline or SS..

With that said, should I compromise the color and take the incredible deal.. OR, should I keep looking for a red line or silverstone?

take the deal, whatever color it is, it will grow on you...

I paid 17k for the z I drive, wasnt the color I wanted but the deal was a steal to say the least.

I say GO FOR IT!!!! I know you may rather have a redline or silverstone, but you have got to admit that daytona blue is a very flattering color for the Z. And 22,800 is a really good deal from what i can gather. IF you really don't like blue, then definatly don't buy it, if you like it but would really rather have another color, then you can always have it painted redline and it would still be cheaper than buyiung a new '05 redline. Oh, by the way, how is the physical therapy going on the ankle from the wreck you were in? I hope it is all going well, and good luck on the purchase decision.

bah, the guy said he`d call me back. He did, to tell me it had been sold already. lol, I figured it was too good to be true.

James: yeah I had an 04 SS z enthusiast, but sold it [well my dad sold it, actually]. I just had to have the leather seats, and I actually sold the car for more than I bought it for.
