Default Rate you dealer reps response time to an inquire presented to them

Called the dealership today - Pinnacle Nissan - six hours later no response. I asked them if there was an update as to when the Aero package would be installed at the port and the car delivered. Fairly simple question. All I ask for is Customer Service. Just an I don't know is simple. Do you agree? Add a gripe or something good a dealership rep has done for you. So that knowledge is power and word of mouth can go a long way.

Default Oak Ridge, TN

Herb Newton Nissan in Oak Ridge, TN, has been nothing but great so far. I ordered on Sept. 13 and they have been very honest about sharing all of the information that they have about the order, realistic about the schedule, and understand how I want the car treated when it arrives. It's been a good partnership so far. I'd recommend them to anyone in the east TN area. Ask for Chad Newton. (And, no; I don't get a finder's fee.)
