Default 05 enthusiast VS 05 track

At the Prosolo practice today I got to drive an 05 enthusiast and an 05 track back to back. They where set up exactly the same with the only big difference being the enthusiast had kumho 710s and the track had hoosier A3S04s. First off the clutch has a completely different feel between these 2 cars. I don't know if there is a mechanical difference. The enthusiast is much stiffer and engages earlier. I didn't really pay attention to the higher redline in the track and it wasn't really that noticeable. My 60 ft times where about a 10th faster in the enthusiast I was running a 2.1 60ft although that may be the difference in tire. Overall if someone didn't tell me which one I was in I would not be able to tell at all except for the clutch feel.

its an auto-x with a drag start. The enthusiast I was running has lighter wheels than the rays and I dont know how much you actually think the brembos are doing for you but in reality its not much if anything. (The brake comparision should be an entirely different thread but if you want you could make the stock brakes outperform the brembos with about .60 cents of dryer tube.) I should have mentioned both these cars are fully prepped autox cars. Koni's, FSB, carbotech brakes, single outlet catback exhaust etc...
Anyway I think the enthusiast is better for my need for only one reason, 17" wheels

The stock 17" rims are about 24 lbs in the rears. The tracks should be 18" 18lbs. How much difference it makes, I'm not too sure.
