I haven't fixed it yet by we have narrowed it down to the bearings in the steering column itself... If your car is still under warranty, nissan should fix it...

I have it. It's usually louder when it's colder out and first thing in the morning. Once I drive a bit it seems to go away (still there but a very faint poping or clicking sound). Took it in last oil change but Nissan claims they can't hear it. I'm hoping it get sooo loud that there's no question the sound occurs.

Hi guys, I was in the workshop today under the car with the dealer.
It was the front upper links which had their bolts come loose. There're two of them. Tightened them and no more click or pop.... so far.....
Apparently, there's a tsb out for this.
