Clear Bra In CT
Does anyone know of any reputable installers for the clear bra in CT. I've talked with some other forum members and they know of one... XXTuning. They want 650.00 for the complete kit including mirrors installed (3M product). Has anyone seen their work??
Does anyone know of any other GOOD installers in CT?? I just got my Z and Im anxious to get it installed.

Jimmy, I hear that Boomer's on Dekoven Dr. in Middletown has a person who will be soon installing 3m clear bras. They have a good reputation for their other radio, etc. work so Ii would assume that they will be very concerned with maintaining that reputation. I'm told that they have several vehicles schedeuled for install by 3m trained man. I would suggest that you inspect one of their installs as I plan to do........good luck.

Not shop bashing but I had boomer in middletown mccloud install my alarm system.
#1 They overcharged me $250 dollars above their estimate. Which I complained about but said there was nothing they could do. ********!
#2 They did very sloppy work. Didn't tape up loose wires, cut and left exposed metal underneath dash, mounted the alarm horn w/two sided tape.
#3 I came back the following week to have the alarm taken out and refunded my $600 I paid for it due to the fact it was already not properly functioning after a weeks use.
#4 The person who installed my alarm was a former employee of Mike Luisi of AutoSound and Security who in CT has a huge lawsuit against them for many reasons most people wouldn't like to hear. Do a google search or search CT news station websites for the articles.
#5 Flat out shitty service!
That was when I was the consumer, now I'm the dealer and would never put my customers through such an ordeal as that. Give me a call down here 860-513-1044 for a nice price on a film install.
